Our primary objective is to boost Mexico's competitiveness. For this purpose, we:
Undertake research on topics of competitiveness from a quantitative and analytical perspective
Recommend effective, practical and feasible public policies
Influence the agendas of the public and business sectors.
Maintain competitiveness at the top of the public policy agenda
Achieve and maintain financial and intellectual autonomy and independence
An objective and reliable legal system
A sustainable use of the environment
An inclusive, well-educated and healthy society
Stable macroeconomics
A stable and functional political system
Efficient markets of factors of production
World-class infrastructure
Effective governments
Harmonious diplomatic relations
Vigorous competition within industries
Stand for principles not interests

Engage in public debate using facts and analysis rather than opinions

Produce and publish competitiveness reports (at the country, state, municipal and city level)
Undertake research projects related to current topics and events (i.e. structural reforms to the fiscal system, economic competition, etc.)
Serve as Technical Secretariat in various Competitiveness Committees
Sustain a productive dialogue with Congressmen
Voice our views and perspectives on current affairs through the media outlets with which we collaborate
