Fernanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She has a certification in Evidence for Equity from Harvard University and completed the Gender and Feminisms diploma from the University of the Claustro de Sor Juana.

Fernanda promotes human capital development and women's economic participation in Mexico. Within IMCO, she focuses on measuring gender gaps in the labor market, as well as analyzing talent supply and demand to enhance economic opportunities. She also actively seeks to expand strategic alliances and procure institutional funding. Before joining IMCO, she worked as a public affairs consultant at De la Calle, Madrazo, Mancera.
