She holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the Carlos Septién School of Journalism and a master's degree in Public Policy Journalism from CIDE. Her professional career has focused on content creation and the execution of communication and public relations strategies for companies and civil society organizations, such as México, ¿cómo vamos?, IMCO, the Mexican Business Council, and the American Chamber of Commerce Mexico (AMCHAM).

She has also published journalistic pieces in media outlets such as the Financial Times, Animal Político, Newsweek en Español America, Gatopardo, and Expansión, among others. She served as editorial assistant to the FT correspondent for Mexico and Central America.

In her free time, she enjoys dancing Cuban rhythms and loves eating, traveling, and practicing pilates.
