Public manager with experience in legislative analysis, economic promotion, and the design of local public policies with a focus on social justice and gender perspective. She has collaborated with municipal governments, state legislatures, the Chamber of Deputies, and civil society organizations in processes of cross-sector coordination and institutional strengthening.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Management and Global Policies from the Western Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESO), with complementary studies in social urbanism, municipal administration, gender perspective, and metropolitan planning. Her professional background combines technical and legislative work with efforts to foster collaboration among civil society, the private sector, and academia.
