Paola Vázquez

Society Coordinator

I hold a degree in Economics from the Universidad Juárez del Estado de Durango (UJED) and specialize in the analysis of socioeconomic data with a gender perspective. I currently serve as Coordinator of the Society area, where I lead projects focused on women’s economic participation, care work, talent development, and governance.

I have collaborated with organizations such as UN Women and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) on data analysis and the development of public policy proposals to promote equal opportunities in the region. Before joining IMCO, I gained international research experience in Canada and France, where I developed well-being and inclusion indicators for diverse population groups.

Outside the office, I enjoy taking photos around the city, reading, dancing, and cooking. Creating playlists is one of my most refined skills.
