Develops projects related to measuring the capacity of the public sector to carry out their functions, meet objectives, and ensure the efficient use of public resources. Through this we try to improve institutional performance, transparency and accountability, anti-corruption actions, government structure  and  legal frameworks of the public administration at the federal, state, and municipal levels.
