Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).

Currently, she coordinates research in the field of education: Compara Carreras, full-time schools, Women in STEM, The future of jobs.

Her skills include handling large-scale statistical data, knowledge of specialized information sources, and deep analytical capabilities.

Martha's work on education projects has helped consolidate a research agenda in the field with a focus on skills and human capital development as the axis of economic development and promoter of competitiveness.

Previously, she worked at the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Personal Data Protection (INAI), where she coordinated strategies for budget transparency and open government. She also developed projects involving data analysis to make procurement processes transparent during the pandemic. She also served as a parliamentary advisor for the Foreign Relations Committee of the Chamber of Deputies.
